As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment. You will communicate professionally with visitors and personnel, respond to security-related concerns, and use technology to document activity. What You’ll Do:
•
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
•
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
•
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Minimum Requirements:
•
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
•
Customer service experience is preferred.
•
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
•
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. is preferred.
•
X-ray screening experience is preferred.
•
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
•
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
•
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
•
