• Translate stakeholder needs and strategic direction into requirements, user stories, process maps, and backlog-ready artifacts
• Apply and adapt product and strategy frameworks — customer journeys, service blueprints, prioritisation models, ecosystem maps — to the specific context of your engagement
• Contribute to strategy engagements across product strategy, customer experience, service design, transformation planning, and research-led initiatives
• Contribute analysis, synthesis, and structured thinking to the development of strategic recommendations
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies within your workstreams and surface them proactively
• Support continuity from strategic direction through to design, development, and QA
• Facilitate smaller working sessions and stakeholder clarifications with growing confidence
• Contribute to proposal or pitch support where relevant
• Use AI and visual tools both to accelerate your work and to expand your creative range — exploring how AI can help you ideate, prototype, and challenge your own thinking
• Push the quality of your own work higher with every engagement, and actively coach junior team members on how to do the same
