About the role
The Senior Design Manager at JASARA PMC will oversee and integrate the architectural design processes to ensure that different asset types are in with the innovative vision of the Client for the project. The ideal candidate will lead a creative team, for quality and design excellence, and work in close collaboration with the Project Director and other essential stakeholders & Client to deliver exceptional projects.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the design scope and manage scheduling.
•
Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
•
Direct the integration of design packages and emphasize safety within design efforts.
•
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams throughout every project phase, from the initial concept to final execution.
•
Create comprehensive design documentation, including architectural sets and reports.
•
Supervise architecture and design staff, offering strategic guidance on design initiative
Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree In Architecture Engineering or similar related field
