Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Confluence Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of complex business and technology initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage delivery roadmaps, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires a strong blend of leadership, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery expertise. The Delivery Lead will act as the key point of coordination between business stakeholders, technology teams, third-party suppliers, and senior leadership to ensure alignment of objectives and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
•
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
•
Develop and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across complex programmes.
•
Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are implemented.
•
Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, architecture, infrastructure, security, and operational teams.
•
Drive effective governance and reporting processes, providing clear and accurate updates to senior stakeholders.
•
Ensure delivery teams adhere to agreed methodologies, standards, and best practices.
•
Monitor project performance through key metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
•
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilisation of project teams.
•
Support financial management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control.
•
Coordinate with external vendors and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery of contracted services.

Lead project and programme steering meetings, workshops, and executive governance forums.
•
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
