About the role

We are currently hiring drivers for a vehicle testing project in Madrid.

TSMG is an international company working on technology and mobility projects around the world.

This position is ideal for people who enjoy driving, pay attention to details, and can stay focused for long periods. You will help evaluate vehicle performance by following specific routes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Drive test vehicles during assigned shifts

• Follow testing instructions and schedules

• Observe vehicle behavior and traffic conditions

• Report issues, incidents, and observations

• Use smartphones and in-vehicle systems

• Support daily testing activities

Requirements:

• EU citizenship

• Valid driver’s license

• Good level of English

• Willingness to travel for company training

• Flexible schedule

• Responsible and safety-focused attitude
