About the role
This Junior Recruiter role will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, conducting direct searches, and building strong candidate pipelines to support hiring across expansion markets.
Responsibilities
•
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for expansion hiring.
•
Conduct direct candidate searches across senior and executive-level roles.
•
Build talent maps and identify relevant companies and candidate pools in target locations.
•
Proactively engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
•
Provide market insights on talent availability, candidate expectations, competitors, and local hiring challenges.
•
Partner with Lead Talent Partners to refine search criteria and build strong candidate pipelines.
•
Maintain accurate candidate and sourcing data in the ATS.
