Responsibilities
Innovative products, a passion for quality and a total commitment to great customer service are all hallmarks of our business. You’ll ensure these are deeply ingrained in your team and store. This means managing colleagues, costs and standards to keep your section running smoothly and profitably, as well as ensuring shelves are clean and fully stocked throughout the day. At the same time, you’ll keep your team well-informed – setting targets, updating them on promotions, motivating them and managing performance.
Requirements
You’ll be an experienced retailer with the commercial, leadership and operational skills to create the ultimate shopping experience. You’ll need the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You’ll be well-organized, with a business management mindset, on top of stock control, staffing issues and in-store standards, while monitoring costs and driving profitable sales.
