Primary Purpose
Understands most of the overall operations; should be able to rebuild all equipment. A Water Operator Level A possesses a Water Operator license and 3 endorsements. Endorsements required for Millsboro include Distribution, Disinfection, Chemical Feed and Filtration. Will have at least 3 - 5 years of acceptable operating experience. 3rd shift
Major Duties & Responsibilities
1.
Operation of the water treatment system.
2.
Assists with compliance documentation and recordkeeping.
3.
Maintenance of water equipment and wells.
4.
Adheres to all safety requirements, including personal protective equipment (PPE), preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, lockout-tagout procedures and process safety management related matters.
5.
Performs process control lab work.
Qualifications
