Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Support CTRM Analyst to support support, optimisation, and transformation of Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) Entrade platform. The role requires deep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle across physical and/or financial commodities, with the ability to translate complex trading requirements into structured system solutions.
The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between front office, risk, operations, finance, and technology teams in BBGC projects.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
•
Configure and support CTRM systems across trade capture, risk, logistics, inventory, P&L, and settlements.
•
Support Entrade system daily, upgrades, and transformation programmes.
•
Work closely with developers and integration teams on interfaces (ERP, market data, exchanges, reporting tools).
•
Drive UAT planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off.
•
Identify process improvement and value optimisation opportunities within trading operations.
•
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
•
5+ years’ experience as a Entrade system support within commodities trading.
•
Strong hands-on experience with Entrade CTRM.
•
