The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is a fast-growing civil litigation firm specializing in Workers’ Compensation cases. We are looking for a Remote Case Manager to assist in managing cases from intake to resolution, ensuring smooth communication and case progression.
Responsibilities
•
Manage a caseload of Workers’ Compensation cases from intake to settlement.
•
Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys to gather case updates and documentation.
•
Assist with the preparation of legal documents, filings, and case summaries.
•
Coordinate medical treatment approvals, lien negotiations, and case follow-ups.
•
Ensure all deadlines and case milestones are met.
•
Maintain accurate case records and update case management software.
•
Support attorneys in case preparation for hearings, depositions, and settlements.
Qualifications
•
Previous experience as a Case Manager in Workers’ Compensation law or a related legal field.
•
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
