Job Description:
Responsibilities
The Tech III will be responsible for assigned duties that promote the safety and well-being of all patients, visitors, and staff by maintaining the operational condition, maintenance, and repair of clinical equipment. In addition, this individual will document repairs, and perform safety checks and preventive measures. This position will be eligible for the on-call rotation.Education:
▪ Required: Associate’s Degree in a related field OR completion of Military Biomedical training program OR an Associate’s Degree or higher in an unrelated field and CBET certification OR 7 years Biomed equipment maintenance experience.
▪ Required: Completion of seven manufacturer-level seminars.
▪ Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Technology or Biomedical Technology
