Overview
Acts as a subject matter expert for laboratory quality control, delivering accurate analytical testing, equipment verification, data evaluation, and process monitoring to support product quality, food safety, and manufacturing performance. Ensures compliance with quality systems, drives continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, and provides technical support, training, and guidance across quality and production operations.
Responsibilities
•
Serve as the laboratory subject matter expert for analytical testing, equipment qualification, and quality data interpretation.
•
Ensure the integrity and compliance of laboratory practices, methods, and results in line with company and regulatory standards.
•
Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality, and agricultural teams for product and process performance evaluation.
•
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to laboratory performance, product quality, and process capability.
•
Support audits, investigations, traceability exercises, and quality system implementation activities.
•
Manage raw material inspection and traceability programs in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
•
Prepare, maintain, and review laboratory documentation, reports, and quality records.
•
Monitor critical quality and process parameters through Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools and trend analysis.
•
Perform analytical testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and food safety specifications.
•
Conduct calibration, verification, and maintenance activities for laboratory and production analytical equipment.
