Job Title
Junior Audio Editor
Position Summary
Undertake a variety of duties based in our worldwide Audio Services department.
Key Responsibilities
•
Become an integral part of the audio department alongside other editorial members of the team.
•
Assist the Audio Services Manager and worldwide Audio Services department on a daily basis and be aware of all materials needing to be delivered from the facility via various digital platforms
•
Audio editing duties to support our worldwide Audio Services department including:
•
Tracklaying
•
Clean up and sync
•
Full technical QC’s of material before it is despatched to clients
•
Conforming audio to different picture cuts
•
Ensure that all deliverables are complete & delivered on time
•
Make deliverables for all our major clients as requested per technical specs
•
General file management duties
•
Ingest all audio data onto our servers and systems throughout the facility
•
Archive appropriate audio material
•
Follow and comply with client audio checks upon request
•
Other duties include:
•
Maintaining and updating client excel sheets/trackers
•
Liaising with clients, client service representatives and account managers
•
Using internal company admin tools and processes
•
Share knowledge and provide support to colleagues when required.
•
Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when required to support operational and client deadlines.
•
Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by the business.
What You Bring
•
