Highlights:Training: Comprehensive product training lasting one week.
Responsibilities:
•
Written and verbal communication with native speakers (B2C and B2B).
•
Execute and manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to completion in ClickUp.
•
Maintaining customer data in HubSpot
•
Ensure high-quality project execution and adherence to deadlines.
•
Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and scheduling departments.
Requirements:
•
Strong skills in maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
•
Engineering education OR strong engineering experience
•
Capable of identifying and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
•
Strong client communication and relationship skills.
•
Capable of overcoming client objections.
•
Tech Savvy: Proficient with various software and tools.
