About the role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth across a portfolio of assigned accounts, customers, and partners. You will identify emerging technology opportunities, develop trusted relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth, increase market share, and expand customer value.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who combines market insight, relationship-building expertise, and a passion for technology to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
•
Develop and execute strategic business plans that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and increased wallet share across assigned accounts.

Identify emerging technology trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to create new business opportunities.
•
Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, vendors, and strategic partners to drive long-term success.
•
Generate, manage, and convert sales opportunities through proactive pipeline development and business planning.
•
Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and value-based business recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
•
Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, product, and sales teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer challenges.
•
Enable partners through training, sales tools, and go-to-market support to maximize adoption and business growth.
•
Monitor business performance, analyze key metrics, and use insights to optimize strategies and achieve growth objectives.
What Will Help You Succeed
•
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
•
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related commercial role within the technology industry.
•
Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, technology ecosystems, and consultative or project-based selling environments.
•
Demonstrated success in building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering revenue growth.
•
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
•
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to interpret market trends and develop actionable business strategies.
•
Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
•
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and matrixed teams.
