When a child can’t stay safely with their parents, the people best positioned to care for them are often already in their life: a grandmother, an aunt, a former teacher, a neighbor who’s been there for years. Children placed with kin move homes less often, change schools less often, and stay with their siblings far more often. They keep their community, their culture, and their sense of who they are, and they’re more likely to say they always felt loved. It’s better for parents too, since children placed with relatives return home at a higher rate than those in non-relative foster homes. Federal law requires agencies to make diligent efforts to find and notify relatives when a child comes into care. In practice it’s slow detective work. Social workers dig through paper files, run searches across disconnected systems, and draw family trees by hand. Children too often end up with strangers while a relative was there the whole time.

Binti PMs drive the strategy and execution of Binti’s roadmap. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Sales, and customer-facing teams, alongside an experienced and ambitious group of fellow PMs. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Family Finding & Engagement’s next chapter — smarter, more configurable, and leveraging AI to enable step changes in outcomes. This role reports to our Head of Product.
