About the role
Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for an innovative and experienced Director - Technical Design (MAS123) to join our team. This key leadership role will focus on managing all technical aspects of our ambitious projects and initiatives, ensuring that we deliver high-quality outcomes that align with our strategic vision.
You will play a crucial role in leading your team to enhance operational performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that all technical requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
•
Provide vision and direction for the technical department, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.

Mentor and develop engineering teams to enhance skills and expertise.
•
Drive innovation by encouraging and implementing new technologies and methodologies.

Project Management
•
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed to specifications, on time, and within budget.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all technical aspects of projects are integrated effectively.

Continuous Improvement
•
Identify areas for improvement within technical operations and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Utilize data and metrics to assess performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Stakeholder Collaboration
