Integrated Technologies is seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to expand our footprint across the Piedmont
Triad and surrounding NC markets. This role is focused on new business development, executive relationship building, and
closing recurring managed service agreements including supportive ancillary services.
We help organizations secure, modernize, and scale their IT environments through managed services, cybersecurity, cloud
solutions, and full infrastructure support. We are a single-source technology partner with in-house expertise across
networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and low-voltage systems - including structured network cabling, surveillance cameras,
access control, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, A/V and building connectivity solutions.

Integrated Technologies is an established Managed Service Provider (MSP) headquartered in High Point, North Carolina. With local ownership and more than 25 years of experience, we provide businesses throughout the Piedmont Triad and across the country with dependable IT support, cybersecurity, cloud, and technology solutions.
Our roots are firmly established in the Triad. Our Help Desk and technical support teams are centrally located at our High Point headquarters, allowing us to provide responsive, personalized service to clients throughout the Piedmont Triad while supporting an expanding client base that extends from New York to California.

As a member of our sales organization, you will join an established team consisting of two Account Executives and a Sales Director. You will have the support of an experienced technical and service organization behind you, allowing you to focus on developing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping organizations find the right technology solutions for their needs.
What You’ll Do
New Business Development
•
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
•
Prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, business events, and inbound leads
•
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, keeping a full funnel
•
Generate and close new business within the SMB market (20–200 employees)
Full Sales Cycle Ownership
•
Lead discovery meetings and business needs assessments
•
Collaborate with Sales Engineers and technical teams to design solutions
•
Develop and deliver proposals, drive negotiations and close deals
Consultative & Value-Based Selling
•
Translate technical concepts into business value for executive decision makers
•
Position managed IT and cybersecurity services around
•
ROI and operational efficiency
•
Risk reduction and compliance
•
Business continuity and uptime
•
Digital transformation initiatives
Relationship Management
•
Build trusted relationships with C-level leaders
•
Navigate extended sales cycles ranging from 3–6 months
•
Position yourself as a strategic, trusted advisor, not just another vendor
Process Discipline & CRM Management
•
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce CRM
•
Track outbound activities, meetings, and opportunities
•
Provide leadership with market feedback, competitive insights, and sales trends

Requirements
Experience
•
3+ years selling managed IT, cybersecurity, or comparable recurring revenue B2B services
•
Direct MSP sales experience preferred. Candidates transitioning from carrier, telecom, copier, or other technology
•
services backgrounds are encouraged to apply
•
Proven success in net new-logo acquisition
•
Established relationships within the Piedmont Triad business community strongly preferred
Skills & Attributes

Comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical decision makers
•

Compensation
•
Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
•
Aggressive, uncapped commission structure
•
OTE: $150,000 – $175,000+
•
High performers will exceed OTE
