Job Family Definition:
Provides technical support for the deployment, operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of intelligent automation solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. Works closely with developers, solution architects, application teams, and infrastructure teams to support the implementation, integration, testing, release, and production operation of automation solutions.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include planning and executing deployments, configuring and administering solution environments, troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, monitoring automation processes, managing incidents and changes, and supporting the release of solutions into production. Collaborates with on-premises technology teams, including Windows, Network, Database, Security, and other infrastructure teams, to resolve environment, connectivity, access, performance, and infrastructure-related issues.
Supports solutions deployed across on-premises Windows servers and Azure environments, including Azure-hosted applications, services, virtual machines, containers, storage, networking, and associated cloud infrastructure. Works with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure appropriate connectivity, security, access, monitoring, availability, and operational readiness.
The role also contributes to automation platform improvements, standardization, operational processes, monitoring and alerting, deployment methodologies, documentation, change control, release management, and continuous improvement of the Support model. May lead or coordinate technical activities and cross-functional initiatives related to platforms and infrastructure.
Management Level Definition:
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex technical and business issues related to RPA operations, automation platforms, application support, and infrastructure. Acts as a subject matter expert for production support and deployment across on-premises and Azure environments.
Works on complex problems requiring an in-depth evaluation of multiple technical and business factors, including application behavior, automation workflows, Windows infrastructure, networking, databases, security, cloud services, and system integrations. Leads and/or provides technical expertise to cross-functional teams involving RPA, application development, Windows, Network, Database, Cloud, Security, and other infrastructure functions.
Provides direction and guidance on incident management, root-cause analysis, problem management, deployment and release processes, environment readiness, monitoring, performance, resiliency, and operational controls. Drives standardization and continuous improvement of Support processes, deployment practices, and platform capabilities.
What you’ll do:
Works independently to determine the appropriate approach for resolving complex production issues and coordinating resolution across multiple technology teams. Frequently represents the RPA support organization in discussions with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners. May lead technical projects, mentor team members, and establish best practices, standards, and operational procedures for Support and automation platforms.

Typically a technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years related experience, or Master’s degree and a minimum of 8 years experience.

Significant experience in RPA, Intelligent automation, application support, production support, or technology operations.

Experience supporting RPA solutions across on-premises and cloud/Azure environments.
•
Strong experience working with Windows Server, networking, databases, security, and other infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
•
Experience with RPA deployment, configuration, monitoring, scheduling, incident management, change management, release management, and troubleshooting.
•
Working knowledge of Azure services and cloud deployment concepts, including compute, networking, storage, identity/access, monitoring, and application hosting.
