About the role
About This Role We’re hiring HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians for our Houston, TX operations. This is a full-time field role focused on maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of building types.
What You’ll Do
•
Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently and extend equipment life.
•
Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of HVAC platforms.
•
Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.
•
Keep clients and team members informed on service findings and recommended next steps.
•
Maintain thorough service records covering work completed, parts used, and system conditions.
•
Perform all work in compliance with safety standards, applicable codes, and company policy.
What You’ll Bring
•
High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred.
•
1+ years of experience in an HVAC Maintenance or Service role.
•
