Position Summary
The Kids Cave Team Member provides a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for children while their parents enjoy the amenities of River Place Country Club. This role is responsible for supervising children, facilitating age-appropriate activities, maintaining a clean and organized space, and delivering exceptional member service to club families. River Place’s Kids Place program offers childcare services that allow members to utilize the club’s fitness, dining, golf, tennis, and social amenities. [riverplaceclub.com], [arcisgolf.com]
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•
Supervise children in a safe, attentive, and caring manner.
•
Provide age-appropriate games, crafts, activities, and entertainment.
•
Ensure children follow Kids Cave rules and safety guidelines.
•
Create a welcoming, friendly, and inclusive atmosphere for all children and families.
•
Monitor and maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized childcare environment.
•
Assist with snack times and communicate any child needs or concerns to parents.
•
Handle check-in and check-out procedures according to club standards.
•
Respond appropriately to emergencies, accidents, or behavioral issues.
•
Communicate professionally with members and fellow team members.
•
Assist with special events, holiday programs, camps, and family activities as needed.
•
Ensure all club policies regarding child supervision and safety are followed.
Qualifications
•
Previous experience working with children preferred.
•
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•
CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
•
