Job Description
Job Summary:**
The Personal Banker at UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing comprehensive financial advice, and selling a range of banking products and services to meet individual customer needs and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:**
* Proactively engage with new and existing customers to understand their financial goals and needs.
* Offer and cross-sell a diverse portfolio of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and digital banking solutions.
* Provide personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to individual customer profiles and risk appetites.
* Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Identify and escalate complex customer issues or complaints to appropriate departments for resolution.
* Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch performance objectives.
* Stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes within the banking industry.
* Maintain accurate customer records and complete all necessary documentation.
* Participate in branch marketing and promotional activities as required.
