Overview
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the dispatch function while maintaining accurate collection and reporting of delivery KPIs.
Responsibilities
•
Ensure orders are properly transferred and dispatched.
•
Review pending order delivery reports and discuss pending cases with each PSR.
•
Balance truck loads to ensure efficient and accurate deliveries.
•
Perform rerouting when needed, following standard processes and guidelines.
•
Manage customer routing within the assigned area whenever dynamic routing is available.
•
Meet with assigned Delivery Drivers and communicate the daily delivery plan.
•
Ensure proper coordination to support smooth daily operations.
•
Update KPI reports with information related to dispatched Delivery CRs.
•
Ensure accurate and timely collection of delivery performance data.
•
Identify opportunities to improve routing processes and tools based on field learning.
•
Ensure asset levels are aligned with business needs and operational plans.
•
Manage cooler deployment activities (for WS locations).
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree
• 1 year Experience in sales in FMCG company is a must.
• Very good knowledge of main software applications of daily use (Microsoft office, routing software)
• Driving license is a must
