We’re seeking an experienced cooking coach to work with clients looking to build their cooking skills, as well as aspiring cooks looking to break into a culinary career. This role includes general exploration to help clients identify their cooking goals, as well as teaching core cooking techniques, knife skills, recipe development, and meal planning. Coaches also cover food safety and sanitation and kitchen management to build strong fundamentals in the kitchen. For those pursuing a career in the culinary industry, coaches provide resume review, interview prep, and networking strategy to help them land their first role and build connections in the field. Ideal candidates have professional culinary experience, prior coaching or teaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their cooking skills and their career. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
