YOUR FUTURE TASK
•
Lead and further develop occupational health and safety activities across the organization.
•
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality and regulatory requirements.
•
Manage contractor and supplier safety performance, including audits and assessments.
•
Conduct incident investigations, root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
•
Promote a strong safety culture through trainings, toolbox talks and awareness initiatives.
•
Coordinate and maintain ISO management systems, particularly ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
•
Organize and support internal and external audits.
•
Perform site inspections, risk assessments and safety reviews across operational and construction sites.
•
Monitor legal HSE requirements and ensure compliance throughout all business activities.
•
Develop and implement HSE procedures, standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
•
Define and track HSE KPIs and regularly report performance to management.
•
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Construction and O&M teams to continuously improve safety standards.
You As a Person And What You Bring
