JOB SUMMARY- Under the direction of Soft Count Supervisor, participates in the counting of Live Gaming Device cash receipts.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
•
Counting of Live Gaming Device Cash receipts and verification of contents of Drop Boxes and Bill Validators.
•
Complete all related documentation in accordance with the established system of Internal Controls.
•
Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security or senior team members.
•
Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
