The Role
We are hiring a Senior Strategic Account Manager to own Videa’s most important customer relationships and set the standard for how we manage our largest accounts as the company scales.
This is a senior, executive-facing role, not a traditional account management position. You will operate as the single point of accountability for a small number of Videa’s most strategic DSO partners — trusted by their executives, credible with their clinicians, and relentless about turning what we’ve promised into what we deliver. As Videa’s strategic accounts function matures, this role carries a clear path toward building and leading the team behind it.
You will partner closely with our CEO, CRO, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Clinical to keep our organization accountable to the commitments that matter most to these customers.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Relationship & Account Strategy
•
Own the end-to-end relationship and account strategy for a small portfolio of Videa’s most strategic DSO partners, from executive sponsors to practicing clinicians
•
Build and evolve a long-term account strategy that deepens trust, expands adoption, and positions Videa as an indispensable partner to each account
•
Represent these accounts at the executive level internally, and represent Videa’s roadmap and priorities to the customer with clarity and credibility
Commercial Ownership & Growth
•
Own the commercial health of your accounts — retention, adoption, and expansion — in close partnership with our CRO, who leads contract negotiation
•
Translate contractual commitments into a clear, shared plan, and hold both Videa and the customer accountable to it
•
Identify and help develop growth opportunities within your accounts as trust and value compound over time
Cross-Functional Program Leadership
•
Run the internal operating rhythm that keeps Engineering, Product, and Clinical aligned and accountable to what’s been committed to your accounts
•
Establish a cadence of executive business reviews, account plans, and reporting that gives leadership real visibility into account health
•
Build the playbook and governance model this function will run on as it extends to more of Videa’s strategic accounts
What You Bring
•
7+ years managing large, complex, executive-level customer relationships in enterprise SaaS, health tech, or a similarly regulated, multi-stakeholder environment
•
A demonstrated ability to turn around a stalled or underperforming account, and the ability to speak concretely to what changed and why
•
Real program and project management discipline — you plan, sequence, and drive cross-functional work to completion, not just the relationship
•
Executive presence that travels: equally credible with a C-suite sponsor and a frontline practitioner in the same week
•
Commercial fluency — comfortable partnering on contract terms and revenue outcomes without owning negotiation yourself
•
A track record of building structure and discipline into a relationship or process where little existed before
Bonus Points
•
Experience with DSOs, multi-site healthcare groups, or other complex, regulated customer bases
•
A background in management consulting, business operations, or program leadership before moving into a customer-facing role
•
A track record of earning trust quickly with both technical and clinical stakeholders

The base salary range for this role is $170,000–$180,000, with a variable bonus of $40,000–$50,000 tied to net revenue retention (NRR) and account retention. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonus opportunities, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package where applicable.
