What YOU Will Do:
•
Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations
•
Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
•
Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
•
Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
•
Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times.
•
Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
What We Need from YOU:
•
Lead Position: 3-4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
•
Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
•
Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively
