About The Opportunity
Job Description Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for effectively and efficiently maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, as well as performing preventive maintenance following corporate standards for quality and safety. This position is for 1st shift, Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm.
Essential Functions:
1.
Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements of all equipment
2.
Troubleshoot any issues of mechanical devices, correct issues as necessary to maintain productivity/quality standards
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent highly desired
5 years of experience highly preferred

Benefits
The expected hourly range for this position is $30-$32 an hour. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and for a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance. There is also basic term life, AD&D, short and long term disability, EAP, 401(k), PTO and holiday.
