Translating business requirements into global HR solutions.

Close collaboration with executive leadership, HR business partners, and regional and local HR organizations.
•
Translating business requirements into global HR solutions.

Ensuring a balance between global standardization and local/regional requirements.
•
Advising management on strategic HR and organizational decisions.
•
Supporting change processes and ensuring sustainable implementation in the regions and countries.
•
Identification and Implementation of International HR Best Practices.
