Requirements
Ideal Candidate: You have hands-on sustainability reporting experience, familiarity with reporting frameworks including the ESRS and IFRS S1 and S2, and strong knowledge of the global ESG regulatory landscape. You excel at project and client management, possess excellent writing and research skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments as a detail-oriented, collaborative team player.

We recognize that diversity and inclusion benefit our agency, clients, and the communities in which we work and live. To that end, we strongly encourage applications from people of color, members of the LGBTQ+ community, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead client engagements focused on regulated sustainability reporting, including CSRD, CSDDD, ISSB IFRS, and other emerging regulatory frameworks.
•
Lead gap assessments to identify client readiness against applicable regulatory reporting requirements.
•
Interpret complex reporting requirements and advise clients on disclosure applicability and the information and data needed to support compliance.
•
Craft disclosure strategies and roadmaps that align client reporting with regulatory obligations and best practices.
•
Provide guidance to clients on evolving regulatory requirements and their implications for reporting and disclosure.
•
Contribute to our lead double materiality assessments.
•
Work collaboratively with teams across client organizations (legal, finance, sustainability, investor relations, and others) to prepare for and execute regulated reporting.
•
Manage timelines, budgets, and staffing for complex, multi-workstream regulatory reporting projects.
•
Contribute to broader ESG/CSR advisory work, including materiality assessments, voluntary reporting, goal setting, stakeholder engagement, and executive thought leadership, as needed.
Qualifications
•
5 - 8 years of experience, with previous involvement in sustainability/ESG reporting.
•
Direct experience or strong familiarity with regulated reporting frameworks such as CSRD, CSDDD, and ISSB IFRS, and/or voluntary frameworks such as GRI, SASB and TCFD.
•
Demonstrated experience leading gap assessments and developing disclosure strategies for clients navigating regulatory reporting requirements. Experience with internal controls and assurance readiness is ideal.
•
Proven ability to effectively manage a team and lead major clients and/or projects, including report development or strategy execution, with minimal oversight.
•
Strong project management experience, including timeline creation and management, budget oversight and staffing, and development of tools to track complex projects with multiple workstreams.
•
Excellent writing and editing skills that reflect an ability to clarify and simplify complicated regulatory and technical issues, with versatility in tone and technique depending on the audience.
•
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
•
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment, negotiate approvals diplomatically, and maintain composure and production quality under constant deadline pressure in a fast-moving environment.
•
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to be a determined team player.
•
Experience interfacing directly with clients in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and deadlines.
