About the role
We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - Architecture & Finishes to join JASARA PMC. Lead procurement of architectural, finishes and building product categories, ensuring standardization, commercial leverage and supplier capacity across residential product tiers.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Develop category strategies for architectural finishes and building products.
•
Lead market engagement, PQQ, RFP, tender evaluation, BAFO and award activities.
•
Coordinate with design specification consultants to align specifications with market capability.
•
Manage technical and commercial evaluation interfaces for architectural categories.
•
Balance cost, quality, standardization, lead time and warranty obligations.
•
Prepare award recommendations and support approvals.
Requirements
•
10+ years procurement experience, preferably in architectural finishes, fit-out or building materials.
•
