The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical systems, maintenance, and repair, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the multi-family housing sector. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
•
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in multi-family and residential install repairs according to local codes and safety standards.
•
Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
•
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination of electrical work within multi-family residential projects.
•
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to effectively execute electrical tasks.
•
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations while maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
•
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as needed.
