In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
•
Lead and manage significant litigation, arbitration, government investigations, regulatory inquiries, and enforcement matters in the United States and internationally. Provide practical, risk-based legal advice to senior legal and business leaders regarding complex disputes, investigations, enforcement exposure, and related reputational risk.
•
Independently prepare litigation and enforcement risk assessments. Develop, recommend, and execute legal strategies that protect Danaher’s interests, mitigate risk, and support the company’s strategic objectives.
•
Manage responses to subpoenas, civil investigative demands, requests for information, and other compulsory or voluntary government submissions. Represent Danaher in interactions with government enforcement and regulatory authorities, or direct outside counsel in those interactions.
•
Direct and oversee outside counsel, experts, and service providers, ensuring quality, efficiency and accountability.
•
Champion the responsible use of technology, analytics, and artificial intelligence to improve litigation strategy, workflow efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and matter outcomes. Stay abreast of relevant legal trends and developments and communicate to promote learning and continuous improvement for the Danaher legal organization.
The essential requirements of the job include:

Minimum of 15 years of relevant legal experience, including substantial experience handling complex litigation, government investigations, internal investigations, and regulatory matters.

The annual salary range for this role is $260,000-$300,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
