About the job
NAF is expanding its AI Department to meet growing demand for generative video production. We work with ambitious brands to deliver video content that performs across platforms, and we are looking for an AI Video Specialist team player for client projects from brief to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
•
AI Content Creation: Generate visual content across text-to-video and image-to-video using Seedance, Kling, Veo and Runway, selecting the right model for each shot.
•
Brief to Delivery: Interpret client briefs, produce reference imagery, and review every output against the requirement before moving forward.
•
Quality Control: Identify and resolve generation artefacts, continuity breaks and character inconsistency before work reaches the client.
•
Post-Production: Edit and finish in Premiere Pro, applying AI extensions in the timeline, and deliver the full audio element — voice, music, sound design and mix.
•
Smart Workflows: Build and document repeatable processes the wider team can use.
•
Trend Spotting: Track new model releases, test them, and advise on what is worth adopting.

Minimum 3 years of experience
