We are expanding our team and are seeking compassionate, organized Licensed Home Health Aide (HHA) in multiple territories to provide essential personal care services in patients’ homes. In this role, you will collaborate with our Clinical Manager, clinical staff, and office team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. This position is available Full Time and offers a flexible schedule to support work-life balance.

We are hiring for three separate territories. Compensation is based on experience and territory assignment:

Pay Rate: $52,000 – $58,000/year Coverage Area: Oakland/San Leandro/Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo

East Contra Costa County
Pay Rate: $52,000 – $58,000/year Coverage Area: Antioch/Pittsburg/Brentwood

TriValley Area
Pay Rate: $52,000 – $58,000/year Coverage Area: Dublin/Livermore/Pleasanton/San Ramon/Danville

Responsibilities
•
Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc.)
•
Support ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
•
Monitor patient safety and use medical equipment correctly
•
Provide skin care to prevent tissue breakdown
•
Take and record vital signs
