What you’ll do here:
•
Prepare test and user guides for new ServiceNow features.
•
Describe business requirements, process flows, build ServiceNow forms, tables, modules, and scripts.
•
Connect ServiceNow to other systems using REST/SOAP or our own connector, incl. web services.
•
Write and debug code in JavaScript.
•
Design services and reporting dashboards.
•
Create clear, user-friendly catalog items and handle ad hoc requests.
•
Help spread the mission and values of NN GROUP and the ServiceNow community.
We expect:
•
