If you’re energized by scale, real impact, and meaningful challenges, you’ll feel right at home here.
Why this Role Matters
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Generative AI Innovation team, you’ll lead teams made up primarily of coding agents to build GenAI features and agents for Litera’s market products and internal processes. The features you deliver and the knowledge you spread help Litera and its clients use their data for competitive advantage. This is a high-visibility, pioneering opportunity to shape how a market-leading company adopts the newest development technologies.
Where You’ll Work
This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.
What You’ll Deliver
•
GenAI-powered features and agents that improve Litera’s market products and internal processes, built with tools like Devin, Cline, Replit, and Cursor.
•
Teams of virtual developers that you lead and govern, delivering clean, maintainable, extensible code with minimal defects.
•
Product and feature ideas translated into technical designs and development tasks, in close partnership with Engineering and Product Management.
•
Ongoing research and evaluation of new technologies and dev agents, documented with a clear view of their potential value for Litera.
•
Company-wide GenAI adoption, driven through your role as evangelist and through sessions and webinars that spread knowledge across Engineering.
•
New opportunities to apply GenAI to process challenges and inefficiencies, identified in conversation with groups across the organization.
•
Secure, well-built solutions that reflect software and security best practices, including object-oriented design patterns, SOLID, and the OWASP Top 10.
•
Reliable execution on priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables.
