• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or another related technical discipline.
WORK EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING:
• Internship, academic project, or work experience in one or more of the following areas: HVAC/R, building systems, controls, automation, industrial systems, IoT, or digital services.
• Basic familiarity with data communications, system integration concepts, or industry-standard protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, or similar technologies.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnets, and device connectivity.
• Familiarity with Linux environments, cloud platforms, databases, APIs, or IoT technologies is an advantage but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new software platforms and digital technologies.
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and communicate findings effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail.
• Willingness to collaborate across global teams.
