We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Sales Specialist to join our Digital Experience Sales team in Rome.
We are looking for a high-energy individual with an ambitious spirit and a proven track record of success selling enterprise technology solutions. The successful candidate will drive the adoption of Adobe’s AI-powered Data Insights, Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation, and Agentic AI solutions across Italy’s largest enterprises.
The Product Sales Specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, build executive relationships, create compelling value propositions, negotiate commercial agreements, and represent Adobe at customer and industry events.
What You’ll Do
•
Run an enterprise sales territory focusing on net new business for Data Insights, Customer Engagement and AI solutions.
•
Develop target named account strategies and tactical penetration plans.
•
Develop and maintain relationships at C-Level and VP-Level within strategic enterprise accounts.
•
Develop compelling value propositions based on business outcomes and ROI.
•
Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation and closing.
•
Achieve annual software and services revenue targets.
•
Partner closely with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services and Marketing teams.
•
Contribute innovative ideas and actively participate in marketing and industry events.
•
Deliver accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting.
•
Develop, maintain and strengthen strategic partner relationships.
•
Represent Adobe at executive briefings, customer events and industry conferences.
What You’ll Need
•
Demonstrated enterprise software sales success with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers (8–10+ years).
•
Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives across enterprise organizations.
•
Knowledge of the Customer Engagement, Data & Insights, Marketing Automation and AI market landscape within Italy.
•
Experience applying consultative and insight-led selling methodologies.
•
Ability to understand complex customer business requirements and translate them into measurable business value.
•
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
•
Ability to articulate complex AI and data value propositions in clear business language.
•
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, orchestrating multiple stakeholders throughout complex enterprise sales cycles.
•
Successful experience selling strategic enterprise software solutions within complex enterprise environments.
•
Strong business development capabilities with a consistent record of quota achievement.
•
Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
•
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and organizational skills.
•
Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and industry influencers.
•
Executive presence with business, technical, IT and C-Level decision makers.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor in a certain location, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.  Please see below pay range(s) for this position based on the location(s) where this position can be filled: Italy: 117,500 EUR - 170,150 EUR annually Pay within the range(s) will depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and your recruiter can share more during the hiring process.  At Adobe, for sales roles salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Commission payout is subject to the applicable sales compensation plan terms, issued by Adobe Inc, in connection with individual performance on an annual basis.
