About the Role
As a Senior Platform Engineer / SRE, you will build and operate the cloud platform that enables Cognism engineering teams to deliver software safely, reliably and at scale. You will work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, developer experience, automation and operational excellence. This is a hands-on engineering role where reliability is treated as a product and automation is the default approach.
What You’ll Do
•
Design, build and continuously improve Cognism’s cloud platform running on AWS.
•
Develop Infrastructure as Code using modern automation practices.
•
Build and maintain Kubernetes platforms supporting engineering teams globally.
•
Improve deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows and developer productivity.
•
Drive observability through monitoring, logging, alerting and distributed tracing.
•
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis and reliability improvements.
•
Partner with Engineering, Security and Architecture teams to improve platform resilience.
•
Identify opportunities for cloud optimisation and FinOps improvements.
•
Promote AI-assisted engineering practices for infrastructure and operations.

Required Experience

5+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE or DevOps.
•

•
