Responsibilities
•
Manage and supervise the environmental services staff at a single campus, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
•
Provide leadership and support to maintain high cleanliness standards, effective inventory management, and customer service excellence.
•
Coordinate the timely completion of custodial projects and programs across various shifts while acting as a key point of contact between building occupants and CSG staff.
•
Train new employees, conduct quality assessments, and utilize Quality Control Inspections (QCIs) to document performance and consistently meet standards.
•
Perform custodial duties as needed, including hands-on support in various cleaning tasks, to foster a team-oriented environment.
•
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
•
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•
5 years of experience in Environmental Services in a school or healthcare setting with supervisory experience desired.
•
Basic computer skills preferred.
•
