About the role
AlphaGov is seeking a Program Manager to lead design and implementation for a HUD CDBG-DR homeowner recovery program supporting Alaska communities affected by Typhoon Merbok. The work spans applicant intake, case-management operations, construction-program oversight, grant compliance coordination, environmental-review coordination, communications, reporting, and closeout through the program term.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do

Lead the overall homeowner recovery program implementation plan and delivery model
•
Oversee applicant intake and case-management operations, including workflows and file quality
•
Coordinate rehabilitation and reconstruction delivery with construction partners and field teams
•
Align grant compliance, Duplication of Benefits procedures, and audit-ready documentation with program specialists
•
Coordinate HUD environmental review inputs with the Environmental Review SME
•
Manage client reporting, communications, schedule, budget, and closeout accountability
