.NET / DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer / DevOps Engineer to join our Application Development team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications that enable critical business functions across insurance, customer service, and operations.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, applies modern software engineering and DevOps practices, and collaborates effectively with product owners, business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and development teams.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid—three days onsite and two days remote each week.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
•
Design and develop valuable new features and enhancements using object-oriented programming principles and Agile Scrum practices.
•
Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, leaders, architects, and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected technical solutions.
•
Contribute throughout the application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
•
Monitor, analyze, and optimize application performance, reliability, and throughput.
•
Maintain high quality through unit and regression testing, code reviews, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
•
Use Agile delivery and collaboration tools, including Jira, to plan work and track progress.
•
Collaborate across multiple Agile Scrum teams to coordinate dependencies and deliver solutions on time.
•
Communicate technical designs, tradeoffs, and implementation plans clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
•
Continuously expand your technical knowledge through hands-on learning, paired programming, and team collaboration.
Requirements
What You’ll Need

The starting pay range for this position is:
$109,500.00 - $146,200.00
