About the role
The role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of one of Vena Energy Philippines’ recently initiated Wind projects while ensuring the project is on time, on budget, and within scope while strictly adhering to and implementing Vena’s standards of leadership in promotion of Health, Safety, Security & Environment procedures and best practices.
Responsibilities
In particular, the successful candidate will discharge the following responsibilities:

Initiating - participate in the tendering / contracting process of the project and the designation of OE
•
Planning - secure Vena’s interests are satisfied in the planning of activities for TSA and BOP works
•
Executing - secure that projects are implementing as per Vena’s requirements, facilitate issue resolution, lead the project team incl. OE through project changes.

Monitoring and Controlling – monitoring the progress of the project, managing the project’s budget, ensuring that key milestones are reached, compare actual performance against planned/scheduled performance
•
Closing - work with Contractors to secure and document that the project delivery is complete, review the work of third-party vendors or partners to close their contracts, archive project files for future reference and use.
