Dozer Coffee is part of the HOMES Campus in Ann Arbor, a growing community of food and beverage concepts. It’s a high-volume, all-day café where quality, consistency, and teamwork matter just as much as speed.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

Execute menu items with consistency, care, and attention to detail
•
Support prep and service workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
•
Own your station from setup through service and breakdown
•
Communicate clearly to keep service efficient, smooth, and positive
•
Maintain a clean, organized, and dialed-in workspace
•
Step in to support teammates without hesitation - we’re team first
