What’s the opportunity?
This is an exciting opportunity to join an AI forward accounting team, reporting directly to the Controller. You’ll have the ability to showcase your strong background in accounting and own a large part of the accounting functions with a focus on AI enablement. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, and has experience working within a varied accounting tech stack, such Rillet, Ramp and Maxio.
What will I be doing?
•
Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations during monthly close
•
Recording transactions in Rillet
•
Manage Ramp for AP, corporate cards, and employee reimbursements
•
Manage revenue (ASC 606)
•
Using AI to improve processes, gain efficiency and analyze data
•
Document processes for key accounting functions
•
Billing customers and managing subscriptions in billing system (Maxio)
•
Assist with customer collections
•
Responding to information requests and assisting with audits, as needed
•
Assisting with other projects, as needed
What skills do I need?
•
3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
•
