Responsibilities
•
Handle incoming reservations calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and accurately entering guest details into the reservation system
•
Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and promotions
•
Assist guests with modifications or cancellations to existing reservations
•
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest requests and special arrangements are properly communicated and implemented
•
Process payment transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and financial documentation
•
Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests
•
Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and high levels of empathy, working towards a satisfactory resolution
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
•
At least 1 year of previous experience in a reservations department
•
Previous experience in luxury hospitality is required
•
Previous experience in 5-star hotels will be considered an asset
•
