Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for NetSuite enhancements and new functionality by partnering with finance, accounting, and operations stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

Configure and maintain NetSuite features such as saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, and basic workflow adjustments to support evolving business needs.

Plan and execute user acceptance testing, develop test cases, and track defects to ensure high-quality NetSuite releases.
•

Act as a subject matter expert on NetSuite processes, resolving user issues and optimizing system utilization.
•

Collaborate with developers, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable system changes that meet business objectives.

Maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and change history to support compliance and knowledge transfer.

Identify and resolve system-related issues impacting financial reporting during period-close activities.
