Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

Support merchant onboarding (documentation, setup, basic training)
•
Handle day-to-day operational tasks and basic merchant inquiries
•
Assist in tracking activation status and onboarding progress
•
Ensure accurate data entry and system updates
•
Follow SOPs to ensure process compliance and consistency
•
Escalate issues or delays to senior team members
Requirements
•
Good communication skills in English; (Language Proficiency depending on location)
•
Basic understanding of operations or customer service processes
•
Experience in operations, customer support, or payments/POS is a plus
•
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
•
Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years experience are welcome
